On Tuesday, 29th November 2022, Year 6 went on a trip to the Ure Museum at Reading University to learn more about Ancient Greek pots and their uses. Our highlights of the trip are: watching short animations that had been made from scenes on pots, being able to handle real-life Ancient Greek pots (we even had to put gloves on), and getting inspiration to write our own stories based on the scenes of Greek pots in the museum. Everyone really enjoyed the trip, and the woman who was leading the workshop was really impressed with all our knowledge!
